The first part of this blog will be the definition - what is health? According to the website on the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the term "health" refers to a condition of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing in which the person can cope with life's challenges and enjoy his or her own sense of peace and happiness. "Health", therefore, should not be confused with fitness.

The second section of the blog will be about the relationship between the words "health" and "fitness". There are three important aspects that describe these two concepts: health is an overall state of well-being, fitness is your ability to achieve optimal physical performance but without being overstrained physically or mentally, and health and fitness are different types of physical and mental activity, respectively. As you know, health includes many factors such as emotional, social and psychological states of the body but fitness does not only include physical or mental activities. Therefore, health and fitness also need to be discussed separately from each other because they're different types of activity that have their respective characteristics.

The third section will talk about three key terms in the study of fitness. First, there are static components - the exercise, nutrition and preparation. After doing exercises, the next step after exercising is the preparation of the body including the diet and nutrition. Lastly, there are dynamic components - the effects of the exercise on physical and mental fitness. Dynamic components are those aspects that affect the results of the exercise such as changes in blood gases, blood pressure values, muscle stiffness, etc. The last section will discuss why you shouldn't use the word "exercise" without thinking twice about its meaning and the difference between exercise and fitness to know more information about it. So, as you know, fitness is more focused on the results of the training than the training itself.

Last but not least, another important point to consider is how fitness programs help people to lose weight, maintain certain ideal fitness level and improve their overall health and wellness. Also, if someone wants to burn lots of calories throughout the day, he or she can try cardio, resistance or running instead of walking, going for a walk or using the bicycle. Some people believe that by choosing a routine with a combination of aerobic, strength and flexibility training, they will burn lots of calories during the day. But, it isn't true! This approach to doing exercise doesn't work. It's called "overtraining", according to some studies. So, don't push yourself too hard. Just do exercises and enjoy them with friends, family. Don't worry about calories burning and stay in shape! There are plenty of great online programs that will provide free and paid workouts. You can find a lot of training videos on YouTube. First of all, there are different kinds of classes in order to maximize the benefits of a health and fitness program. For example, high intensity classes, endurance and low intensity classes are two different kinds of classes. A high-intensity class is usually designed around the increase in endurance, but it will decrease the effectiveness of a workout by increasing fatigue. On the contrary, a low-intensity class has little to no effects for boosting stamina. An active mind and a healthy body are good together, so we should make sure to choose a variety of classes to have fun time. I would recommend to have at least 3 classes per week for building muscles and learning proper form. In addition, I've found that it's better to have a mix of classes in your life. If you can have multiple classes a week, try it, it will give you more benefits!

In conclusion, I think it's better to be healthy and fit rather than to get a perfect picture when in the gym. Nowadays, most of people who go to gyms do the same thing instead of having fun, but it's not worth it! Do you like working out or not? How strong are you? Your physique depends on your character and self-esteem. If you want to improve your body at any age, it will be better to work out at least 4-5 times a week and try to do it the right way. I think it's the best type of exercise for changing your mindset and personality.
